By accessing and ordering custom 3D figurines from 3dportrait.online, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Refund & Shipping Policy. All policies are legally binding for all orders.

2. Custom Product Usage
All full-color 3D portrait statues are made for personal keepsake use only. Resale, mass production, commercial licensing, or public display for profit is not permitted without our written permission.

3. Photo & Copyright Responsibility
You warrant that all submitted reference photos have valid portrait consent, copyright and legal authorization. You are fully responsible for any copyright, privacy or portrait right disputes arising from uploaded images. We reserve the right to reject inappropriate, copyrighted or illegal photos.

4. Payment & Order Rules
Deposits and payments follow our Refund & Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud, suspicious payment activity, invalid photos or violation of these terms.

5. International Shipping & Customs
We are not liable for customs delays, import taxes, local restrictions, customs seizures or courier delivery issues outside our control. Import duties and local compliance costs are the buyer’s full responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the original order value only. We are not responsible for indirect damages, emotional distress or third-party losses related to custom figurines.

7. Modification
We may update these terms at any time. Continued website use means acceptance of updated terms.
