1. Payment & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start 3D modeling work. The deposit covers 3D design and model creation costs and cannot be refunded once modeling begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before full production and shipping.

2. Custom Product Disclaimer

Our products are personalized custom 3D printed figurines. Due to the unique custom nature, completed finished items are NOT eligible for general returns or refunds, unless there is confirmed production defect or damage during delivery.

We will confirm 3D preview photos with you before full production to reduce errors. Please check preview photos carefully.

3. Production & Shipping

Standard production time: 7 working days after full payment and model confirmation.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping fees are calculated separately. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

We will provide a tracking number once shipped. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

4. Damaged Goods

If the item arrives damaged, please provide clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery for inspection. We will solve the issue case by case.

5. Photo Copyright

You confirm that all reference photos you submit have proper copyright/portrait authorization. We are not liable for copyright disputes caused by unauthorized photos.
